Quilt Block of the Month

Hi everyone,
Here we go again! Welcome to the form to join the Angelic Stitches Embroidered Quilt Block of the Month Club or the "Grandma's Babies Applique Quilt". The artwork on this quilt was by Trina Clark. We are very excited about this club. This is the combination of 2 things I love. Machine Embroidery and Quilting!
I want to explain a little of how this is going to work. This is our Fifth Year of hosting a Quilt block club for Machine Embroidery. Last years Quilt was the Gingerbread Delight Quilt.
I have set up a yahoo group where we will meet and pick up our files for the embroidery designs and the quilt block patterns. You will have to go through this form and use the agreement form to reach the place to join.

YOU MUST JOIN THE FREE YAHOO GROUP IN ORDER TO GET YOUR DESIGNS!
It is a pay for club meaning you will be required to pay a one time fee for the full year of the designs and a members only design and also your quilt block patterns.
Only paying members will be allowed access to this group and that means you have to pay to get in. After you hit the I agree button below you will be taken to a page that allows you to pay your fee and another button to join the group. First pay your fee then join the group. If you are not a yahoo member No problem you can join yahoo groups for free!
Your application to join will be sent to me and I will allow you admittance once the fee is paid. Then you are free to come in help yourself to the files chat with all the new friends we are going to have and basically get acquainted. If you have problems or just want to chat about fabric, quilting techniques, embroidery techniques, the quilt, designs etc. This is totally allowed.
The only things that are not allowed are fighting , flaming, spaming or insulting behavior. We are here to have fun and this is grounds for banishment. Please remember that there are no refunds once you have joined if you can not finish this for a reason of your own. PLEASE DON'T ASK ME FOR A REFUND! I can not do this with designs. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY and print it out for your records
I will agree to pay the 1 time membership dues of $27.50 to join the 2007- 2008 Quilt Block of the Month Club "GRANDMA'S BABIES" only . You must pay before joining the group.
I understand that I am free to download and stitch any or all of the designs, in any way I choose, on items to keep, to give as gifts or to sell other than altering the embroidery design its self. I further understand that the rights to the designs remain with Angelic Stitches and I may not transfer them to another party nor may I sell them in any form. Buying, selling, trading or transferring copies of these designs is a violation of copyright law. If a violation of these copyrights happens I understand I will be banned!
I will abide by the rules of the club no spaming flaming or other insulting behavior will be tolerated and is grounds for being banned with NO REFUND.
If you are unable for some reason of your own to go to the site to pick this up It is totally up to Angelic Stitches whether or not to make other arrangements. It will be your responsiblity to go to the site once a month to pick up your files. I will leave them posted as long as space permits. If for some reason We have no choice but to usa postal system mail to you there will be a charge for postage and disk of $5.00 but, that would have to be arranged through me at angelicstitches@angelicstitches.com I Will Not automatically mail these to you.

In return you will recieve the machine embroidery designs in the Pes, hus, pcs, dst, xxx, vip, jef format and the quilt block patterns each. That is specifically 12 months of designs and patterns + a members only design. You will provide your own fabric. If you are unable for some reason of your own to go to the site to pick this up It is totally up to Angelic Stitches whether or not to make other arrangements. There will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges! Sorry but, that is not going to be possible please do not join if you do not understand a no refund policy on intellectual property. If you have any problems you will agree to email me !
In turn Angelic Stitches will not sell trade of share your private information.
Once notification is received by me that payment has been made you will be allowed admittance into the group.
Thanks for reading and joining! Hopefully this will be a fun club with lots of great people in it willing to share ideas new techniques! Beginners please don't fret there will be plenty of help and the blocks are designed for most anyone to do and if you run into any problems just go to our group and ask away! Someone will be glad to help. I am really looking forward to meeting you all. At the end of the year we will have Show & Tell so be sure to photograph your quilt so we can all see.
